Roles ResponsibilitiesThis position reports to the director and interfaces with Organisation managers and customers. Tong Haw Engineering Pte. Trainee will be involved in all aspects of the real estate project, including pre-construction activities, construction administration, and post-construction. Trainee will be able to learn how to ensure proper standards are practiced and regulations are followed throughout the entire project process. Trainee will be able to participate and lead project planning sessions.2. Trainee will be able to learn how to manage contracts and come to terms with external vendors and suppliers. Trainee will be able to effectively establish and build rapport with clients and stakeholders.3. Trainee will be able to learn how to predict resources needed to reach objectives and prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. Trainee will be able to learn how to track project costs to meet budget objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis 4. Trainee will be able to learn about risk management and design risk management plans to reduce potential risks. Trainee will be able to learn how to measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. Trainee will be able to report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed, escalating issues as necessary based on project work plansTechnical Skills and Competencies1.
