Oversee various types of construction projects from start to completion
Manage project planning, budgeting, administration and resources identification, deployment and control
Plan and schedule project timelines and monitor project’s progress to ensure timely completion of work
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to staff
Manage the value and cost data of the project to ensure budgets are met
Conduct regular site meeting and inspections to monitor project progress and quality
Liaise with consultants, authorities, architects and contractors to ensure all necessary approvals are obtained on time
Involve in technical discussion, progress meeting with client, M&E consultant and main or sub-contractors
Ensure compliance to quality and safety standards
Other duties as assigned by Management

Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in minor sewer /water main works/plumbing Proficiency in English and/or Mandarin
