One of our banking client is looking for a candidate with the below given experience: Stakeholder and Communications Management Manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues Continually manage stakeholder expectations through governance processes Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication Provide status reporting regarding milestones, deliverable, dependencies, communicating across leadership and business stakeholdersProcess and Delivery Execution Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business Own the full project life cycle end to end (Hybrid between Waterfall and Agile) Ensure the program is aligned to and supports strategic objectives Prepare detailed project plan for all phases of the project Manage the day-to-day project activities, including project management working and steering committees Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standardsKey Requirements Banking experience in Retail products, Operations, Process and operating models Experience in leading and executing large project. Experience with retail products (deposits and loans), digital and integration layers are preferred Experience working with teams across multiple domains across business, technology and operations Manage conflicts and uncertainties Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus A confident and self-aware leader with a high degree of independence Demonstrated 10-15 years of experience in project management Full end to end project management in a lead role Direct responsibility of project budgets of million dollars Executive level communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
