A Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows: Participate in tender process i.e. design, submission and review Plan, schedule and manage all works for the project. Transfer design intent from architect drawings to designs and site execution. Interface with project consultants, contractors and relevant authorities for smooth project execution. Attend site meeting and be proactive in resolving technical and coordination issues or issues on interfacing details and resources. Be the single interface with the QP Architect for all communications. Manage a team of architectural suppliers and subcontractors for the project, ensuring that all required designs and works are updated and carried out are on schedule. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities, preparing schedules and managing procurement and resources at various phases of the project. Manage project activities to ensure project objectives are delivered within prescribed quality, budget and time, with adherence to work place safety practices. Manage all documentations including contractual procedures, design specifications, method statements & drawings and site safety. Establish and maintain site diary and progress reports. Supervise site works to align with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and regulatory requirements. Identify problems and provide solutions for improvements with consultants and subcontractors. Establish efficient collaboration and co-ordination between production and site operations. Provide excellent customer experience, quality and a positive employee environment. Adherence to safety practices in the work place.
