We're looking for a highly-driven and motivated Project Manager for our team in Singapore. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you! The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor - comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team.

This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Head of Commercial Relations & Projects.

About the job:

The successful candidate is to manage and drive special projects from end to end in accordance with timeline and desired outcome, as well as plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific projects. Work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other internal stakeholders for support. Responsibilities:

• Innovative & critical projects with high impact to the overall business
• Closely managing and driving projects, roadmaps, milestones, timelines and achievements
• Monitoring project KPIs, building and managing project dashboard to help evolve and define project vision and strategy
• Collecting and analyzing information, problem-solve, and make decisions
• Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Working closely with other departments to achieve the best possible outcomes
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project

• Strong analytical skills a must
• At least 2-3 years of experience working in E-commerce industry or consultancy
• Willingness to learn in a fast moving environment and eager to deliver the extra mile
• Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel, plan for projects, manage own time and priorities
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills is a must
• Data orientated and strong attention to detail, SQL is a bonus
• Analytical thinker who is able to slice and dice data to build business cases
• High-energy with sound business acumen
• Self-driven with the ability to take on and create new assignments to grow the business. Willing and eager to learn and deliver the extra mile.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment in cross functional and cross-cultural teams
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good command of English (Spoken & Written)
