Position - Project manager / assistant project manager for civil works Qualification -degree in civil engineering Working time- 5.5 days work Responsibility: -Report to project director -Ensuring Position - Project manager / assistant project manager for civil works Qualification -degree in civil engineering Working time- 5.5 days work Responsibility: -Report to project director -Ensuring project is completed within the specified time and Budget and meet all clients quality requirement -Deploying resources plant ,machineries and equipment, menpower, subcon to meet project requirements -Liase with client's consultant and qp on issues relating to project -Overseeing the implementation of project execution plan and safety management system -Liase with mom and other agencies on ohs matters -As chairman of the site ohs committee. Overall responsible for all ohs issues -Ensure relevant legal requirements have been communicated to the site staff and sub Contractors -Attending principal meetings and any others meetings with the client and his Consultants -Assisting in the settlement of the project final accounts and hand over at the end of the projects
