Job Summary Reporting to Program Director, the Project Manager (PM) provides project management support across a wide variety of projects within MiRXES. These projects can range from Digital application development to M&A integration from New Product Introduction to Go To Market transformations, depending on strategic business needs. The initial focus for this role is to help MiRXES on its Digitization journey by managing the development and launch of digital products and services. As a part of small and dedicated team, the PM will bring a diverse set of skills and experience to their role to enable the successful project implementation, supporting a project team who has a variable exposure to project management. The PM leads the project by building effective relationships with the Digital Products group, Commercial & Functional teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Regulatory, QA, Finance etc.) & is responsible for the overall project outcome. The PM will drive the delivery of the project objectives using appropriate project management techniques and methodologies Roles and Responsibilities The PM is responsible for: On-time execution of Digital Product development and launches Primarily serve as a central point of contact for cross-functional & cross-BU teams in planning & implementation of the project activities & tasks within Mirxes Establish Team Structure with the support of the Project Sponsor Organize project governance meetings & report any roadblocks/changes in scope/schedule/cost to governance structures, using appropriate mechanisms. Outline specific project tracking metrics and the tracking systems that will drive team accountability and define how they will be used Identify potential risks and outline mitigation strategies (and embed in operating model where relevant) Coordinate with other major initiatives that are impacted through this project Project Management Capable of facilitating project planning workshops with cross-functional teams to accurately identify risks, issues, resulting impact and resolution plans Provides principal drive towards action for project core team & extended team Able to establish a governance structure with operating mechanisms and cadence appropriate to the project and program level. Must be knowledgeable in project & program management industry best practices and have understanding of the project management planning process Leading project teams of cross-functional resources within scope of assigned work activities. Communication Delivers project specific communications in co-ordination with other team members. Proven ability to apply appropriate communication, facilitation & escalation skills to ensure effective information exchange between different stakeholders Risk and Issue Management Capable of demonstrating an understanding of the value of continuous risk management to identify risks and brainstorm mitigation plans. Able to distinguish between risk mitigation and issue resolution demonstrating an understanding of how one may evolve into the other. Business Acumen Ideally have knowledge of typical policies, processes and technologies utilized within a Medical device BioTech or technology company. Able to clearly articulate how a project aligns with the company's strategic goals Organizational Savvy Required to understand company's core businesses and the functions that support them. Can identify key project stakeholders and understand their goals and motivations for the project. Ability to utilize the resources, tools and processes available to direct how to get things done strong knowledge of who to turn to for guidance, direction and assistance. Able to promote cross functional collaboration within assigned project teams. Desired Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any Technology-related discipline PMP, Prince II Certification or equivalent experience Agile Certification or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of Project Management Experience in Digital Health Experience launching Digital Health, Healthcare, or Medical technology products Previous experience working directly with customers and internal commercial team members to drive business-critical decisions
