The following are the key roles and responsibilities: Manage the complex cross functional integration for project that involves: the key customers, Project engineering and global applications field team, Multiple worldwide regions (US, South Asia, Europe, Japan, Korea etc.). Ensuring project management best practice and process are applied. Conduct reviews for projects: Ensure execution is meeting expectations and gaps are being driven to closure. Ensure appropriate communication is taking place at all levels in the organization and with the customer. Ensure cross functional & regional integration issues are getting resolved. Communication and synthe status on all active projects to key stakeholders including the customer. Identify when issues need to be escalated and drive those issues to closure. Work with regional managers and project leads to identify and drive closure on resource & skill gaps. Requirement: Minimum degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. 2+ years in project manager role for integrated software and hardware projects with cross-function and multi-geographic teams. Project Management Professional with current PMP certification. Good organizational and communication skills including ability to communicate and foster communication between project groups. R&D or Applications engineering management experience is a plus. Experience developing and standardizing project management processes is a plus.
