Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, the successful candidate is responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of the various facilities development projects such as repairs & r Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, the successful candidate is responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of the various facilities development projects such as repairs & redecorations, additions & alterations, renovations and defect rectifications works at the client's premise, you shall also ensure that all projects are duly completed within budget and of high quality. In addition, you are required to prepare and submit regular reports on the progress of such projects in accordance to the timelines, targets and budget expenditure, as well as verify progress and final payment Requirements Min Diploma/ Degree in Building/Project Management or its equivalent Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management cyclical work such as Addition & Alteration, Repairs & Redecorations and fitting out works Preferably a member with the Society of Project Managers or Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers Good interpersonal and leadership qualities Strong command of English, both written and spoken Proficiency in MS Office suite Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimum supervision A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills Work location: Buona Vista
