Job Description
- Project management involving Sanitary & Plumbing Services
- Documentation of method statement and work procedures & Risk Management
- Review and monitor site construction activities programme to ensure work completed as scheduled
- Evaluation, Cost estimation & analysis for Sanitary & Plumbing Services
- Preparation of design construction drawings, OMM Docs submission
- Liaison with all parties involved in the project including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main contractor, Sub-contractors & Suppliers
- Attend site meetings and inspections.
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or related discipline
- Knowledge of tender costing with experience in evaluation and cost estimation for Sanitary & Plumbing Services will be an added advantage
- 2 years of working experiences in a similar position with a relevant design and installation knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal communication, Auto CAD, Excel skill innovative and result-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment
