Project Management 1. Point of contact for clients and other engaged third-parties (e.g. subcontractors) 2. Produce work plan detailing project schedule 3. Identify, consolidate and allocate resources required for the project accordingly 4. Execute project according to plan 5. Review work quality 6. Consolidate on-site product feedback, propose improvements
Sales 1. Facilitate clients and audiophiles 2. Present to architects and clients about architectural acoustic
