Responsibilities

Manage and supervise our own on-site work teams, contractors and sub-contractors working onsite from project inception to handover with a view to achieving set targets on deadline, quality, cost and safety.
Liaise with Sales, Design & Production Departments as well as with contractors and sub-contractors on client\xe2\x80\x99s design requirements, shop drawings, detailing, installation issues, etc.
Troubleshoot problems arising and rectify/resolve site issues at minimal cost and inconvenience to everyone whilst meeting clients\xe2\x80\x99 expectations at the same time.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a good diploma in any discipline and those with relevant professional qualifications in Civil Engineering, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent will be preferred.
At least 3 years of project management experience.
Those with signage and display systems project management experience will have an added advantage.
A self-starter and a committed team player with an analytical mind, good interpersonal and organisational skills.
Good competency with MS Office applications and project management software and possesses a valid driving licence.
