Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 5 years working experience as a Project Manager
Knowledge and experienced in the following technology areas will be advantageous:
- J2EE-based solution & development for WebSphere/WebLogic Application Servers and Oracle/MSSQL Database Servers.
- .NET based application development, including thick client C# application development
- Domain Knowledge in National ID Cards, E-Passports, Biometrics, Smart Cards, Immigration Clearance Gates.

Excellent inter-personal skills \xe2\x80\x93 ability to build good relationship with external customers, vendors and colleagues.
A good team player with strong leadership qualities.
Project Management Certifications such as CITPM or PMP or Agile related certification such as Certified Scrum Master is advantageous.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, organized and ability to work independently with priorities.
Strong written and verbal communications skills, reporting of project and deployment progress and plan
