Key Functionalities
- Design, Build, Configuration of application to meet business requirements.
- Conducting analysis/design workshops with users.
- Defining project scope and objectives, feasibility assessment of gathered requirements.
- Translating functional designs into technical specifications to external vendors.
- Solution Designing for HR Processes/Modules. ( Specifications, testing conditions, error management).
- Support and Facilitate the UATs, identifying and resolving issues, while driving improvement and rectification efforts.
- Experience on Human Capital Management
- Experience in SAP Successfactors/ S/4 HANA.
- Design and Build enablement/management.
- Proficiency in Configuration and Release management.
- Solid experience in Project Management and methodologies.
- PMP / ACP Certification is advantageous.
