Date Posted: 2023-02-26-08:00 Country: Singapore Location: 28 Teban Gardens Crescent, Singapore Key Duties & Responsibilities 1) Responsible for driving and executing the success in commercial sales project installations
2) Oversees the planning, execution and completion of the installation projects in accordance with relevant building regulations and standards
3) Execute within the construction timelines, co-ordinates work between various internal and external stakeholders, attend and conduct on-site meetings and responsible for inspections
4) Manage and deliver project within budget and framework of risk and environmental considerations
5) Perform & ensure EH&S compliance to work delivered
6) Prepare, review and submit all detailed programmes, schedule, method statement, technical proposal and risk assessment plans
7) Chair meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, technical experts and suppliers to update/review project progress and resolve any design/budget/technical issues that might derail the project delivery
8) Direct and supervise field engineer(s) and sub-contractors, and manage effective communication between all different groups to warrant timely response to project requirements in day-to-day operations
9) Ability to spearhead in resolving site challenges effectively with team resources
10) Administer Purchase Orders to factory and suppliers with internal stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 supports to ensure smooth delivery to site
11) Review and approve payments to sub-contractors and suppliers
12) Review and submit progressive payments to Clients\xe2\x80\x99 portal after completion Qualifications & Competencies a) Degree in Mechanical / Electrical is preferred but Diploma with relevant experience is also acceptable
b) Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in same or higher capacity
c) Dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active and result-oriented individual with a proven track record in the building industry
d) Able to perform within tight timeline to meet project objectives
e) Must be independent without supervision and able to lead the project team with team oriented and committed
f) Good communication and interpersonal skill
g) Meticulous and able to handle large volume of work with high accuracy
h) Strong in people management, coordination, and customer fronting
i) Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude
j) Able to undertake all projects/jobs assigned by management
