Offer description

• Supervise and lead the construction team to lay down construction milestone.

• Manage construction activities, ensuring timely and smooth progress of the operations.

• Responsible for implementing the work plan and attending project meetings

• Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period.

• Producing site progress report to management.

• Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with specified requirements.

• Identify and comply with all applicable statutory/ regulatory requirements related to project.

• Coordination and sequencing of works of different subcontractors.

• Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks.

• Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems.

• Clear communication to external parties including client, subcontractors, consultant, vendor etc on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

• At least 10-15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferable 10-15 years of project management experience in the large scaled projects in high rise building (300M) and mixed development project, etc.

• Required Skill(s): leadership, technical, planning, coordination, multi-task

• Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil Construction and or Structural or equivalent.

• Minimum education level: Bachelor\xc2\xb4s Degree
