Job Description

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Lead, plan, coordinate and execute projects in interior design fit-out works

\xc2\xb7 Prepare BOQ, quotation and submission of tender/quotation

\xc2\xb7 Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with clients/ consultants

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with Construction team & internal members on all aspects of projects

\xc2\xb7 Attend regular site meetings and inspections

\xc2\xb7 Supervise projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality, budgets and delivery schedule

\xc2\xb7 Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule

\xc2\xb7 Project budget management

\xc2\xb7 Discussion and negotiation with Sub contractors/Vendors.

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Degree/ Diploma in Civil or Building Management/ Construction Management/ Interior Design

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior Design & Fit-outs industry managing sales and marketing, building project management and planning for retail, construction, commercial projects, corporate office, gallery, musuem and themepark.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to read CAD drawings

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work under dynamic phases and stress

\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team

\xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal and communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Willing to travel for short assignment

\xc2\xb7 Relevant experience in Interior Design & Fit-outs.

\xc2\xb7 Candidates with to Interior Design & Fit-outs will have an added advantage

\xc2\xb7 Candidates with lesser work experience will be consider for Executive post
