Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Determine and define project scope and objectives.
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
- Plan and oversee projects to ensure timely and high quality completion within budget.
- Track project costs and monitor progress in order to meet budget and delivery milestones.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Plan and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
- Manage and coordinate suppliers, vendors, sub-contractors for execution of projects.
- Manage and maintain good relationship with stakeholders including suppliers and clients.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare or assist in proposals and reports.
- Employees may be required to perform other related duties as assigned, to ensure workload coverage
- Degree in Mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of project management and related experience.
- Having a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification & CSCPM is an advantage.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Experience and knowledge in project management methodologies, tools and best practices.
- Detail oriented and possess excellent analytical skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and resourceful.
- Good oral and written skills in English.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated and proactive.
- The position is based in Singapore, occasional overseas travel might be required.
