Job Description
EcoLabs Centre of Innovation for Energy (EcoLabs) invites applications for the position of Project Officer/Research Engineer/Research Associate.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage budgets in accordance with Ecolab\'s annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Ensure accurate financial allocation for projects and adherence to budgetary constraints.Generate and distribute invoices, oversee payment monitoring, and maintain billing records.Maintain accurate financial records by organizing and filing documents, invoices, and receipts.Efficiently process purchase orders, verifying accuracy and ensuring compliance with organizational procurement policies.Overseeing and tracking project milestones across all Ecolab projectsMonitor and track yearly and quarterly KPIs, aligning with EcoLabs annual targets and performance metrics.Prepare and manage quarterly reports and claims, ensuring compliance with specified formats.Job Requirements:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher in engineering, science, business, or a related field.Preferably minimum 3 years of experience.Entry level candidates with strong backgrounds in project management are also encouraged to apply.Preferred strong quantitative analytical, interpersonal, and communication skillsWe regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Hiring Institution: NTU
