Job Title: Project Operations Intern

Job Type: Internship

Start Date: Immediate

Reports To: Head of Project Operations

Role Purpose: To effectively and efficiently onboard and offboard properties and play a part in improving this process

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing the smooth onboarding and offboarding of Cove\xe2\x80\x99s properties and related tasks such as:
• Condition Reporting
• Ordering and receiving furniture and appliances
• Setting up and arranging furniture and appliances
• MCST applications
• Setting up WiFi
• Duplicating keys
• Warehouse inventory management
• Any other tasks related to onboarding and offboarding properties
• Becoming the key \xe2\x80\x98super-user\xe2\x80\x99 of critical operations software to ensure that it is aligned to processes, used correctly and that Cove is maximising its potential
• Liaise effectively with other teams and contractors to projects are completed in a timely manner
• Identifying ways to improve existing SOPs and ways of working that increase efficiency and drive improved ROI for the company

Deliverables:

• To ensure that the onboarding and offboarding of properties are completed in a timely and efficient manner

Experience and Qualifications:

Essential

• Undergraduate degree in any field (Facility Management/Real Estate/Operations related is a bonus).
• Great spoken and written English.
• Good interpersonal skill and customer-oriented approach.
• Able to work independently and be part of a team.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations.
• Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.
• Driver\'s license.

Preferred

• Experience with Google Calendar, Google Sheets etc.
• Experience in operations/facility management.
• Interested in startup environment and tech-enabled companies.
