Job Description


Job Details:

  • Assist to Project Quality team and handle administration works and documents. Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Assist Vendor Inspection Coordinator (VIC) on the vendor related inspection activity documentations
  • Assist VIC to raise Work Assignment Sheets, updating VIMP
  • Assist VIC to distribute Notice of Inspection (NOI) to all interested parties.
  • Maintain records of all Vendor related inspection records, observations, and documentations.
  • Compilation and follow up on the Vendor related punch lists.
  • Report KPIs on monthly basis to Project Quality Manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager
  • Interact with PQM, Quality engineers, Site team and other departments as necessary
  • Participates as a team member & communicates information to appropriate parties at the appropriate time.
  • Reports to Project Quality Manager.
  • Assist to raise WAS and distribute NOI to interested parties
  • Maintain records for retrieval.
Requirements:
  • ITE / Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge in MS Office
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Integrity- Commitment
  • People- Communication and Collaboration
  • Performance - Accountability
