REQUIREMENTS:


Diploma/higher qualification in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines


Minimum 2 years of experience in ACMV/HVAC or M&E project


Good knowledge of cost estimation, tendering & contract administration


Strong analytical, negotiation & communication skills





RESPONSIBILITIES:


Prepare quantity take-offs, bill of quantities & cost estimations for both tender submission and ongoing projects. Source, liaise & negotiate with subcontractors, vendors & suppliers to obtain competitive quotations & ensure
project cost efficiency


Prepare & award subcontractors, manage pre and post-contract administration, and ensure proper documentation Coordinate with consultants, project managers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of contract & tender requirements. Evaluate tender drawings for discrepancies, prepare clarifications and attend site visits, tender briefings and site meetings as required. Prepare & submit monthly progress claim, variation order(VO), final account and payment responses. Prepare cost comparisons, develop and monitor project budgets to ensure cost control. Ensure all tender documentation is complete, accurate and submitted within specified deadlines * Perform any other QS-related tasks or ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
