Job Responsibilities:
Order materials, tools, equipment, and services required for projects.
Source and evaluate new suppliers through various platforms for innovative products.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
Monitor and follow up on purchase orders and delivery status.
Liaise with customers regarding outstanding payments and resolve payment issues.
Prepare monthly sales reports and update invoice numbers in payment transactions.
Compile and submit monthly expense reports.
Act as project Quantity Surveyor, including cost estimation, documentation, and reporting.
Prepare quotations for new projects.
Submit progress claims and follow up on related matters.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in any field or equivalent qualification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
Must have experience in electrical quantity surveying.
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
