- Min Degree/Diploma in any field of studies
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and strong organizational skills
- Main point of contact person for all onsite matters
- Management of warehouse associates, monitoring punctuality, safety and performance
- To support warehouse associates queries on usage of systems
- To update warehouse associates time attendance in accordance to in-house systems
- To support in scheduling of warehouse associates in accordance to schedule requirements
- To support in documenting work processes and replicating of training to new hires
- To support in recruitment process in the screening of warehouse associates if needed
- To support warehouse operations in volume and headcount analysis
