Our team in Singapore currently has an opening for a HR Project Specialist

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with HRBPs, Country HRs to collect / monitor / validate employee data entries in global reporting tools; and also to track report headcount movement against future organization.
• Collaborate with Global teams to conduct audits and report on data related KPIs
• Support the preparation of monthly management reports and any other reporting requirement.
• Support dashboard implementation
• Support Workday implementation / maintenance.
• Work with HRBPs and Country HR to prepare data at different implementation stage, ensuring that data provided is according to documentation.
• Work with reporting project team lead / HR Data Analyst to create / update reports / dashboard based on regional requirement.
• Support data preparation for organization changes
• Be subject matter of expert on at least 1 module.
• Communicate to HR Operations on process changes that impact on data accuracies.
• Support any adhoc projects.

YOUR PROFILE

Education:
Diploma / Degree

Skills and Experience

• Excellent Excel and Analytic skills
• Attention to detail and ability to learn and apply
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous and team player
• Experience in Cornerstone on Demand, Workday will be an advantage
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Experience in analytic work and data visualization a plus
