Join us and champion financial security for Singaporeans while leaving a lasting legacy.What you will be working on:With the rise of the gig economy, we are seeking highly motivated individuals passionate about enhancing the retirement, healthcare, and housing adequacy of Platform Workers (ride-hailing/on-demand delivery workers) to join our dynamic team. The individual will have the exciting opportunity to conceptualise and implement new systems and processes to facilitate the collection of CPF savings for Platform Workers. The individual will also design and develop a new scheme to provide government support to lower-income Platform Workers. The multi-faceted job scope involves policy formulation, development of operational processes, system design, and engagement of multiple stakeholders. Your broad responsibilities will include \xe2\x80\xa2 Formulate and assess operational policies and processes in collaboration with multiple counterparts across government and private entities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead cross-functional teams to co-create business and IT solutions with internal and external stakeholders, including Finance, IT support, and vendors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Partner with legal counterparts to establish necessary legislative arrangements to support operational objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive publicity and engagement efforts for platform operators and workers to foster a collaborative and supportive ecosystem. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement strategies to promote awareness and adoption of operational policies and processes among stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational policies and processes, making recommendations for improvements as needed.What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of IT systems and solutions, as well as experience working with IT support and vendors, is advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to drive publicity and engagement efforts, including developing and implementing marketing strategies, is advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others. The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Manager/Senior Manager with seniority based on individual work experiences.
