About the Company: Founded in 1997, Trina Solar is the world-leading PV and smart energy total solution provider. On 10 June 2020, Trina Solar issues first A-Shares on Shanghai Sci-Tech Innovation Board, becomes the first PV product, PV system and smart energy company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange Science and Technology Innovation Board. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan in close collaboration with the Business Operations team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Work closely with the BU Project Manager to ensure successful delivery of project milestones, including efficient delivery, effective site management, technical guidance, streamlined logistics, stringent quality control, and successful commissioning.
• Coordinate with the BU team to ensure timely and adequate deployment of resources to support on-site project services, proactively identifying and addressing any resource gaps.
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison person for customers, fostering positive relationships, facilitating effective communication, and promptly addressing customer requirements and concerns.
• Generate weekly reports summarizing the project\'s progress, key achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions, providing stakeholders with timely updates and actionable insights.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of project experience, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects in the solar industry.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese in order to liaise with Chinese counterparties.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
• Strong coordination abilities, with the capacity to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and drive collaboration towards project goals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, allowing for the identification of project risks, proactive mitigation strategies, and timely resolution of issues as they arise.
• Willingness to travel in APAC region, as required by project demands.
