To maintain and procurement of office equipment like copier machine, coffee and water dispenser machines etc
Coordinate courier services, receiving post mails and delivery parcels
Interaction with building management for office maintenance
Manage seating arrangements
Procure hardware and manage use by employees
Handle booking of flights, hotels and other transportation, process claims and reimbursement and other related matters for Senior Management and the PMO team
Maintain and renewal of memberships in all relevant organization.
2. Project Administration
Tender and procure miscellaneous services, such as translations, photography and other specialist services
Process PO and invoices for miscellaneous services
Clerical tasks such as obtaining signatures for miscellaneous agreements (e.g. NDA)
Filing of documents related to projects and miscellaneous services
Support archiving of project, facility management and tenancy data
To purchase, allocate, maintain, renew and termination of software licenses used by PMO team.
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings where required
