Job Description

Job Roles & Responsibilities1. Office Administration

  • Ordering of office supplies
  • To maintain and procurement of office equipment like copier machine, coffee and water dispenser machines etc
  • Coordinate courier services, receiving post mails and delivery parcels
  • Interaction with building management for office maintenance
  • Manage seating arrangements
  • Procure hardware and manage use by employees
  • Handle booking of flights, hotels and other transportation, process claims and reimbursement and other related matters for Senior Management and the PMO team
  • Maintain and renewal of memberships in all relevant organization.
2. Project Administration
  • Tender and procure miscellaneous services, such as translations, photography and other specialist services
  • Process PO and invoices for miscellaneous services
  • Clerical tasks such as obtaining signatures for miscellaneous agreements (e.g. NDA)
  • Filing of documents related to projects and miscellaneous services
  • Support archiving of project, facility management and tenancy data
  • To purchase, allocate, maintain, renew and termination of software licenses used by PMO team.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings where required
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $2,600.00 - $3,500.00 per monthBenefits:
