i) Main / Key Responsibilities1. Plan, manage and organise SAFRA key signature events and adhoc projects to enhance and ensure continued favourable response as well as achieving participation targets with a high satisfaction level from these participants.2. Formulate and implement the workplan projections to meet the overall objectives of the division and the organisation.3. Responsible for overseeing the engagement of NSmen, members and their families through SAFRA Major Events, the Volunteer Management Programme (VMP) and SAFRA Veterans\' League (SAFVL) Secretariat4. Support Manager and Director (Special Projects).ii) Duties / Tasks1. Promote SAFRA signature events and ad hoc projects with SAFRA members, interest groups, SAF units, schools and corporations.2. Implement effective marketing plans and activities to promote SAFRA Major events and VMP.3. Partner external organisations to organise major events. To enhance rapport and establish strong ties and network with partners / vendors for events sponsorship and promotions.4. Raise service quality and delivery of events / projects through a set of service standards and procedures.5. Network with other events organisers, sports vendors in Singapore and the region for possible business opportunities.6. Responsible for the timely & adequate submission of monthly reports, statistics and concept/ approval papers.7. Oversee SAFVL and its secretariat to ensure compliance and adherence to financial and PDPA guidelines.8. Implement annual divisional workplan and budget as well as to achieve targets of the approved workplan and budget.9. Ensure full compliance to corporate governance / ISO procedures in the management and operation of the events / projects assigned.10. Support and implement Youth Engagement\'s concepts / initiatives11. Any other tasks, duties or responsibilities as assigned from time to time.Requirements:
