We are seeking a dynamic and meticulous Projects & Engagement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of projects and events to meet our organizational goals. You will be leading a small team with key responsibilities as below.Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate Projects & Events work plan and budget for each financial year
• Organise and manage Clubhouse\'s Projects and Events
• Research on new ideas / trends for creative and innovative programming
• Co-ordinate and develop appropriate event plans, ensuring proper execution, administration and financial management of the events and records
• Compilation and submission of reports for management updates
• Ensure effectively publicity and communication to promote Clubhouse\'s events
• Solicit and manage event sponsorship
• Lead the team to bring up \xe2\x80\x9cA Place for Adventure\xe2\x80\x9d flagship of the Club.
• Manage and oversee interest groups of SAFRA Yishun Country Club within the required framework

Requirements:

• Possess a recognised Degree preferably in events management or related field
• Good CCA records and/or active involvement in CCA preferred
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in events management
• Possess supervisory experience and excellent service mindset
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to develop and grow events and programmes
• Team player and ability to multi-task well under pressure
• Independent and self-motivated with good interpersonal and social skill
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal & presentation skills preferred
• Able to commit to events held during weekends and Public Holiday when required
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with website CMS.
• Basic knowledge in AV systems and graphic design is an added advantage
