Responsibilities:

• Assist in organising SAFRA Signature and adhoc events (SAFRA Singapore Bay Run & ARMY Half Marathon and SAFRA Family Day Out)
• Ensure all documentations for events are kept and recorded for audit trail.
• Assist in managing networking activities and initiatives targeted at the pool of SAFRA volunteers

Requirements:

• Creative and resourceful
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented and a good team player
• Able to multi-task in a challenging environment
• Experience in managing volunteer groups preferred
• Able to work on weekends
• Able to attend monthly evening meeting
