Job Description

Responsible for the supervision of cost-effective maintenance and repairs of building facilities, machineries, and equipment including building/facility improvement works. Renders other administrative/ technical support and services in acceptable quality and timely manner.Supervision, monitoring, and control of the day-to-day operation and maintenance of various building facilities, repairs and equipment.Supervision and monitoring on the implementation of energy and water conservation.Handles Project Supervision on building improvements, upgrading/ rehabilitation of facilities/equipment, and office relocations within the target schedule.Supervision and monitoring of Security/CCTV, Building Permits through continuous improvement on planning and administration scope.Timely processing of billings for building repairs and maintenance, security, CCTV, and other maintenance related works.Create Bid briefsReview tenants Plans for approval.Preferably graduate of any engineering course (mechanical, electrical or civil)At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positionWith at least five (5) years experience in Building maintenance/repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalentJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php19,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per monthSchedule:
