Property Executive ($2500 $3500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain day-to-day operations of the and activities of the site of high-end property
- Ensure effective and efficient management of the common areas through routine checks
- Engage and attend to complaints from residents professionally and properly
- Ensure every complaint is addressed with the residents with closure
- Provide timely and prompt responses to complaints and requests
- Ensure that all the property management services rendered are in accordance with the contracts\' terms and conditions.
- Make regular building inspections and forward the recommendation for rectification.
- Perform site management and supervise a group of Term Contractors.
- Diploma in Real Estate / Building Management / Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management /Facilities Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the Real Estate / Property Management industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
