Job Description
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Property Executive include but not limited to the following:
- To report directly to the Building Manager and will assist in the daily execution of duties (such as inspection, filing, administrative, following-up with contractors/vendors/organizers);
- To aid in the operations of all venues under Our Tampines Hub;
- To assist with Ops and/or Venue Managers in major events, namely NDP, NYE Countdown etc;
- Ensuring that the compound is always ready and maintained;
- To work closely with on-ground ops/ housekeeping/ security team to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the areas within the vicinity;
- Work closely with the team on the drafting, generation of all AORs, ITQs and ITTs relevant to the procurement of services and items as and when required;
- To assist in helping out areas where manpower are required (such as customer service centre/Ops/IP);
- To assist in the inventories taking (such as vertical display collaterals); and
- Work closely with inter-departments (such as Ops/Venue Managers/Customer Service) and provide support; and
- To assist with other Venue Managers on events, including the Operations, Facilities Maintenance, Stewarding, Security, Event Management, Tours and others as assigned by People\xe2\x80\x99s Association or its representatives.
- Diploma in event management/facility management, or related, with at least 2 years of working experience
