• The intern will work closely with department\'s research analysts to identify real estate trends and deal with relevant data
• The intern will provide administrative support and duties as assigned
• The intern will be tasked to work closely with the team to identify key trends in the real estate sector as well as economic conditions that may affect property prices and rents
• Sieve through daily news on local business articles and select relevant real estate news for research interpretation and analysis
• Brainstorm with the team on property trends and interpret data
• The intern will report to the Head of Research and analysts in churning out stats for research publications and presentation materials
• The intern will be trained to use in-house analytical tools to deliver comparison studies, which may include median price, sizes and other comparative elements
• The intern will also be trained by other collaborators to understand investment and asset enhancement strategies on a broad market basis
