Duties & Responsibilities:
Receive applications from prospective clients and verify if requirements are complete
Process New Tenancies and New Onboarding
Produce and issue lease renewals
Identify tenants with approaching end of contract
Communicate with tenancy applicants and provided references
Screen prospective tenants in databases
Process rent review of tenants
Follow up on tenants with arrears
Produce and issue notices of breach
Schedule routine inspections and provide advisory of inspection plan
Receive repair and maintenance requests
Liaise or make follow ups with tradespeople or vendors
Database clean up by merging bios or deleting duplicates
Profile updating by research or verification thru communication
Ensure communications are all responded to in a timely manner
Daily coordination of completed tasks with the property manager
Work on Ad Hoc Tasks for Commercial Team (data cleansing, sending reports, etc.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Property Management Assistant in the Australian Real Estate industry
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Skilled in using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Customer relationship management (CRM) software
Experience in using any Cloud or Server based Property Management Software
Experience in working as a Virtual Assistant (either solely or part of a team)
Fast learning and takes the initiative
Confident and proactive in doing things
1 to 2 years of work experience in Australian real estate or other Australian businesses
