Establish excellent working relationships with new or existing clients and stakeholders in accordance to company\'s service standards
Execute routine maintenance checks that require immediate attention, repairs or replacements
Attend to clients\' daily feedbacks or complaints on any maintenance issues
Liaise with external contractors to facilitate repairs, damages and replacements
Update the maintenance checklist when any repairs or replacements are carried out
Prepare monthly and annual general meetings to update the clients on the current progress of their assigned projects and suggest new improvements
Provide professional advice to clients on estate practices based on legal framework and regulations as suggested by the governing bodies
Perform administration duties such as preparation of minutes, purchasing orders, updating maintenance schedules, and write up of respective reports
Requirements
Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge on Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
