Property Management Officer ($2000 $3000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$3K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Establish excellent working relationships with new or existing clients and stakeholders in accordance to company\'s service standards
- Execute routine maintenance checks that require immediate attention, repairs or replacements
- Attend to clients\' daily feedbacks or complaints on any maintenance issues
- Liaise with external contractors to facilitate repairs, damages and replacements
- Update the maintenance checklist when any repairs or replacements are carried out
- Prepare monthly and annual general meetings to update the clients on the current progress of their assigned projects and suggest new improvements
- Provide professional advice to clients on estate practices based on legal framework and regulations as suggested by the governing bodies
- Perform administration duties such as preparation of minutes, purchasing orders, updating maintenance schedules, and write up of respective reports
- Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge on Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
