If you are experienced and have the right initiative for the job, then apply for the position of Property Management Officer at Offshore 24/7 todayJOB DESCRIPTION * Minimum 2 years' experience in Australian property management role * Experience in Console software preferred or any CRM or property management software * Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite * Experience in all areas of Australian property management including, communicating directly with Landlords & Tenants, Tenancy Applications, Arrears Management, Social Media Management, Invoice Creation, Maintenance Management inc Processing Requests & Liaise or make follow ups with tradespeople, Booking Inspections, Property Listing Management, Lease Renewals, Software Data Entry, Issue Notice of Breaches & Lease Renewals, Tenant Screening * You will receive a competitive salary between 35k and 45k depending on experience, a great work environment and long-term job security, fantastic work hours of 6am to 3pm Monday to Friday with no weekend work, HMO, Incentives and Bonuses. Experience:
