Job Description
Be part of project team from design stage, understood owner's requirements and organize inputs from various in-house project specialists, deliver accurate message to designer to develop a design that are met owner's requirements Liaison with external project consultants and internal project specialists, deliver owner's requirements to contractors Regular site visit and ensure owner's requirements are understood and delivered throughout construction stage Work with in-house procurement team, ensure on-site delivery materials and goods are within design specification Liaison with designer and architect, ensure change orders are properly managed on site Follow up with contractor requirements and ensure smooth project delivery Participate project handover process, identify defects, follow up defects and arrange rectification works with contractors
