Job Description
$2700 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Support the Centre Manager in formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy, as well as to optimise the tenancy mix of the property
- Perform market research and analysis to identify, prospect and secure new market segments
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract the right tenants to the property
- Negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters
- Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing department
- Plan, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
- Responsible for all aspects of lease management
- Handle the agreements and paperwork pertaining to the lease
- GCE O Level / Diploma in Real Estate Property Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
