Property Officer

Job Description
$4K + AWS + VB + allowance 5 working days, Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, normal office hours Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and follow-up actions to maintain high safety standard and compliance to Companys ISO & OSHAS policies
- Conduct monthly safety committee meetings and put up safety reports, including safety issues
- Attend to all feedback on such irregularities and inform the occupier accordingly
- Enforce all safety legislation and in-house safety rules and regulations
- Ensure supervisors and workers are following safe work procedures compliance
- Responsible for accident reporting and investigations
- Managing the operations and maintenance activities at client premises, including the Office Resources, Asset & Records Management
- Leading technical teams in the troubleshooting and work proposal for corrective maintenance works
Requirements
- Diploma in Building/ Facilities Management/ Building Services/ Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the Real Estate / Property Management industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
