Assist the Centre Manager to prepare property for new tenancy . Carry out full administrative, financial and maintenance functions . Conduct on-site checks and management of development works by appointed contractors to ensure works are carried out to specifications and complete on schedule . Follow up with contractor on submission of monthly maintenance schedule, quotations, claims and invoicing . Assist in the supervision of term contractors . Raise POs and keep track of works done due to complaints by tenants / residents . Obtain quotations for repair and maintenance services . Attend to emergency or incident in compliance with in-house Apps & SOP for Escalation and response time . Lead and manage client-relationship . Engage and attend to complaints from tenants / residents professionally and properly and to ensure every complaint is closed and addressed with tenants / residents . Propose preventive maintenance strategy . Prepare the monthly report for the management and landlord . Any other duties as assigned by reporting supervisor Requirements: . Higher NITEC in Facilities Management and/or Diploma in Integrated Facility Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management and its equivalent qualifications .
