Location: Clemenceau Avenue / River Valley Road
Posting Date: 19 July 2022 Responsibilities

Manage day to day supervision of term and ad-hoc contract works in relation to the condominium facilities
Ensure all preventive maintenance works are carried out according to prescribed checklist and schedule.
Attend to feedback from residents and to recommend and take remedial action
Conduct regulation checks and inspection on ground to ensure property is well maintained
Ensure building statutory requirement are complied with
Support the Condominium Manager/Building Manager in obtaining quotations for the effective management of the facilities
Prepare and to attend Council meetings and AGMs
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Diploma in Building / Facility Management / Mechanical / Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years MCST relevant experience
Computer literate and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Be independent, self-motivated and a good team player
Knowledge of BSMSA will be an added advantage
