Job Description
$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance 5 working days, Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, normal office hours Location: North
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and support to residents in addressing residents\xe2\x80\x99 feedback and requests.
- Oversees the contractors performing estate maintenance, improvement projects and cleanliness. Conduct daily inspections of the estate to ensure a clean and conducive living environment for our residents.
- Identify building defects and recommend/ implement remedial actions including carrying out preventive and cyclical maintenance works.
- Initiate, execute preventive and corrective maintenance works from identification of areas of improvement, obtain quotations, issuance of work orders to supervision of satisfactory delivery of works.
- Carry out enforcement as assigned
- Conduct home visits to arrears cases so as to identify financial hardship cases.
- Work closely with grassroots leaders, government agencies and community partners to create a harmonious and conducive living
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC, Diploma in Building / Construction, Property / Real Estate or related courses.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the Real Estate / Property Management industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
