JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: To assure the over-all appearance and conditions of properties is in perfect form, closely monitors all possible revenues of the departmentLong Term Use/Short Term Use/Long Staying Guests/Concessionaires
1.1 Provides guest satisfaction to all clients and establishes good image to all Long Term Use, Short Term Use and Long Staying Guests
1.2 Ensures that all clients are treated exceptionally and equally
1.3 Provides quality assistance and services to all LTU/STU/LSG guests and concessionaires
1.4 Develops rental agreements, selects qualified lessee, collects deposits and rents, enforces terms of rental agreements, resolves lessee complaints, oversees eviction proceedings if necessary
1.5 Keeps open dialogue with property owner on vacancies, lessees, physical condition of property, financial issues
1.6 Ensures all collectibles and receivables are properly handled and monitored
Plans and schedules delivery of Statement of Account
Coordinates with Finance Department on costing and billings
Closely coordinates with concerned departments when handling work order requests
Update and maintains accurate guest history on profile records
Monitors Property Management Dept - Service staff performances
Plans and directs staffing, training, and performance evaluation to develop and control sales and service programsEssential Functions:
Act as liaisons between Director of Property Management, tenants and owners Confer regularly with community association members to ensure their needs are being met.
Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance
