Preparation, evaluation, external negotiations and internal approval of contractual and technical items for onshore contracts in APAC.

Responsibilities and Duties：

• Responsible for Wind Power project cost calculation for projects in APAC and providing additional support in Japan
• Kick-off meeting and budget request necessary for both binding/non-binding offer, budget request to specify the scope and condition, align with each function during the meeting
• Support in PPM/Marketing for reference Project continuity analysis
• Interface with Service organization in scope and conditions
• Preparing tender offer and Technical exhibits to the Contract
• Support in binding offer preparation
• Contract negotiation with the customer for technical aspects
• Support in Independent contract review
• Supporting the sales team in the internal approval process
• Request and ensure completion other technical studies (e.g. Road survey, SAR, foundation)
• Prepares/reviews project risk contingencies to ensure adequate coverage in cost calculations
• Ensure of input of project costs in SAPP: Logistics, Construction, Technology, BOP and Services

• Masters’ Degree in Engineering field;
• Mid term Experience in Wind Business;
• Good knowledge of Wind Turbine Technology;
• Fluent in written and spoken English;
• Technical sales knowledge;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to communicate effectively, result oriented approach, proactivity and autonomy.
• Able to work in an international team.
