Job Description





1) Assist the Appointment Executive to oversee smooth operations and provide necessary assistance to appointment staff
2) Investigate into patients' complaints and liaise with corporate communication team to handle complaints and query conduct
3) Schedule duty leave rosters and deployment of staff in the Call Centre
4) Assist the Appointment Executive in staff appraisal of relevant subordinates
5) Supervise subordinates to ensure high quality standards are maintained
6) Assist in accessing quality service and productivity standards of staff, corrects problems and promotes staff growth and development
7) Look into the workflow, work processes and staff communicates to ensure operational efficiency for Call Centre
8) Assist in the planning of the training programmes and activities for staff
9) Monitor call standards and conduct call audit to improve service standards
10) Any other duties are assigned
