Overall responsible for all aspects of public relations, communications, and marketing matters for the Group, including hotel, country club, cinema and malls.
Work closely with other departments to formulate marketing ideas / new concepts and implementation of new initiatives to drive sales.
Manage all company\xe2\x80\x99s brands, public relations activities, and maintain good media relations, including all communication materials, photography, creative direction & production.
Establish marketing and advertising programs, including strategic alliances with partners to drive brand awareness and bottom line results.
Work closely with relevant agencies to drive engagement and expand market reach.
Source for sponsors and establish special packages or programs to boost sales.
Plan and conduct training and briefings on new products, marketing or advertising promotions.
Requirements:
Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant work experience, including supervisory experience, preferably with hotel background.
Tech-savvy, forward thinking, and familiar with the use of data-analytics to present recommendations and findings.
Strong negotiation skills to optimise and close marketing deals.
Excellent and effective interpersonal, teamwork, communications, and social media skills.
Fully COVID-19 vaccinated.
