Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor market trend for F&B commercial kitchen equipment & Processing Equipment
Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
Create & Develop procurement Supply Chain System
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
Determine key supply chain KPIs
Suggest solutions for process improvements
Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
Inventory management
Responsible for sourcing of Commercial Kitchen Equipment and catering equipment
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals achieving value for money
Work closely with team members to improve purchasing procedures
Communicate and maintain a good relationship with suppliers
Consolidate monthly report and statistics
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Candidate must at least possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or Relevance.
Data Base management and analytical
At least 3 years of equipment procurement experience (commercial kitchen equipment is preferred)
Good communication and problem-solving skill
Possess good negotiation, interpersonal & presentation skills
Have strong verbal and written communications skills
Positive attitude to learn and seek initiative for improvement
