Responsibilities:
  • Source for suppliers, counter check details & completeness of purchase requisition request.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best price & delivery schedule for all purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with proudction team to do the order planning to match with retail request delivery.
  • Maintain suppliers inventory and monitor price change
  • Support day to day operations of the team
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the management
Requirements:
  • Higher Secondary/Pre-U/\'A\' Level, Diploma
  • 1 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Preferably background in retail or F&B industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel), Quickbooks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (in order to liaise with M andarin speaking associates and vendors)
  • SCPR only
